When should I place a soko order?
Before on the day, or any time the day before. Our runners are at the soko from , so early orders get the freshest produce. Orders after the cut-off go on the next run.
Why are there no prices on the groceries?
Soko prices change from day to day. Order by budget (for example KSh 200 of tomatoes) and we buy as much as that gets you, or by quantity (for example 2 kg of tomatoes) and we tell you the cost.
How is the errand fee worked out?

How is Pick n Drop charged?
Transport is per kilometre between pick-up and drop-off. Electronics and fragile items carry a errand fee on top. When you drop both pins the page shows an estimate, and the rider confirms the final fare for the actual route.
What can I send with Pick n Drop?
Letters and documents, electronics, parcels, food, clothes, keys and other everyday items. Tell us what it is so the rider can carry it safely.
Do I need an account?
No. Every order goes to our WhatsApp, the same way you already order from us. The site just puts your order together for you.
